We want to hear from you, after all, without your input, we can't build apps that you all want to use. Therefore we have many ways that you can contact us.
No matter how you contact us, we aim to reply back within 1 to 2 business days. However, please note, that Boardies IT Solutions, is only run by myself and I also have a full time job which has to take priority. Therefore, development time can only be done during spare time. However, we still strive to reply back as quickly as possible, especially if you are raising a bug in one of our products.
If you call our number, then, you should be able to get through to us between the hours of 9am to 10pm 7 days a week. However, due to work commitments, I may not always be able to answer the call, therefore, if this is the case you should be transferred to a voicemail service and we will call you back as soon as we can.
